Newbie!

Hello all. I thought I would introduce myself, just picked up a (new to me) 02 QC 4x4 CTD. First diesel for me, Dad has had a Duramax now for a few years. Located in Central IL (Peoria). Couple projects coming up for the truck (fuel pump, fuel guage etc) if anybody is close and likes to wrench and help newbies. Food and beverages of choice always included

Previous owner had the lift pump and VP44 replaced under warranty less than a year ago. However....they switched it to the in tank pump. I am looking at doing the Vulcan Draw Straw II and a different pump. Not sure which yet. Truck already has pyro/boost/trans temp, trying to decide on a FP gauge and how to install it. Diesels are new to me.
