Do any of you fellas happen to know of a dealer in the Quad Cities area that is not gong to give me a hard time over having my dpf/emissions removed? Im having problems with my front end (ball joints/u-joints) and i am trying to figure out if i can get it covered with warranty or not. If you know of any PLEASE let me know. It would be very much appreciated!
lol, to ram3500, sorry man. I guess it was a little smart#ss of me. I am in no way trying to get any heat directed at any dealers. Im just lookin for a little help. Its kind of hard for me to know who to trust dealer wise since Buysee Dodge closed up. My dad grew up with the manager, so we could trust him. Not too sure about the others around here.
I was warning others not to post the names to protect the dealer. If someone knows one they would be better to PM you the name. If a dealer is mod friendly he won't be for long if his name goes out on the internet.

If their is any in central ill pm me as well.......The dealer I had used for all my trucks but this one was pretty cool and would help me out but I weeping cp3 this last winter went to him and explained to him what was going on and what I had done he said no biggie walked me back to the service manager and told him to take care of me......when he the owner walked away the S/M said I voided my warranty by doing the things I did and I cancelled my appointment and now have changed my rear u-joints and outer tie rod all this with only 28000 miles

Guess what? Magnuss-Moss act. The engine does NOT relate to the front suspension.
LOL, a dealer can still nail a guy with a power train restriction if he SEES deletes on the truck while working on the front end. Also, the MM Act isn't worth the paper its written on. The company can do what they want and its up to YOU on YOUR DIME to fight them.

I have to agree with Ram 3500............Do I think the mods I have done caused my u joints to go out.......no......or for the CP3 to be weeping in winter....just a poor design.
But you bring your truck in Modded in any way and they can void your warranty......Thats why I decided to fix this on my own dime..........and guess what when the temp warmed up the CP3 stopped leaking and hasnt leaked since..
I know their are some who say you play you pay and I have to agree to a certain extent but when its a design flaw then I dont agree

Upon further inspection i found that my passenger side tie rod end is bad. I'm just going to swap it out myself. Im hoping that it will solve my problem. I would still be interested in a dealer just in case if anyone knows.
