well its been several weeks of boredom driving the jeep around. So today (later this evening) i will be picking up a 86 Ford F150 4x4. with the 351 (which will be taken out shortly) I plan on sticking a 12v in it. after minor body work and ect. i think i wanna go with the lifted look again. something about the old body styles look good lifted.
Now this is where Waynes World comes in...
Wayne, could you get me the number for the upholstery shop you used on your truck in blue island? and you have to think of another name now for the truck
Corey,
Do you have any good 12v blocks lying around from your build? or maybe a complete motor? does anybody?
You can also keep the stock injector tips of mine i had there. my gift to you..
Thanks guys and keep posted for pictures from this build

well i walked away from that deal, after a week of waiting to see it, i offered him only 500 bucks, it needs lots of work. brake booster, carb rebuild, bondo! lol i was inpressed on the motor tho.l it did wanna get up and go. but i rather see smoke coming out of the side of the bed. Also, when i convert it, i have to register the truck that its a diesel right? so i dont get emmisions crap in the mail?
just some thoughts...

Nick,
If you were not so far away I would love to come help you out, but I am all the way down by saint louis. If I ever get up that way with time to spare I will get in touch with you. I have made three trips to chicago in the last 5 weeks, but they were all turn and burn trips. Anyway truck looks cool and good luck.
