Experianced Tech Wanted

I run a repair facility in Aurora Colorado. I am currantly looking for a high "B-Tech" or low "A-Tech". A.S.E. required to be placed in the correct pay scale. This is a full service shop on all makes and modles. I know this is a Diesel web page but i am an ethusiaste of the Cummins and just wanted to share a job. I am looking for people asap and will pay top dollar for qulifications. Thanks

question... wouldnt you want someone who was raised on a farm working on all types of machines and engines other than some punk fresh out of school who thought it would be cool to learn how to do a brake job at the age 21? Yeah he's A.S.E certified but does that really mean he knows his stuff? NOT trying to start an agrument but lots of us "Driveway Mechanics" can do circles around these A.S.E guys. Maybe more shops should ask for plain and simple grease monkey who knows his $hit, certified or not. thats just my .02 cents

yeah ASE is bull crap i lost out on a job in here at the cummins shop to a ASE certified guy and i could have ran circles around him .....................But they later fired him it made me feel a little better....

I'd hire a "FARM BOY" in a heartbead and then, Send him to Factory schooling..been there. One of the best hands I had......

i was raised on a farm went to school for diesel truck and have learned most of what i know while not in school

Maybe you Top Notch Techs should try and Pass an ASE test or two to prove your so Awsome ??
