sharing some smarty beta info......

this is from TORQUE BEAST on the DTR site.
his truck:

---05 2500 quad cab 4x4,auto, commander w/fuel kit, smarty beta 4.4, 2" leveling kit , 305/70/17 maxxis mt's,amsoil,homeade intake, silencer ring mia,magnaflow exhaust,stock tranny


...basically, just a homemade intake and exhaust.......


stock= 301.66hp / 565tq (at wheels)


w/ smarty beta 4.4 loaded...(at wheels)

#1 455.56hp / 901.89tq

#5 470.75 hp----910.65 tq

#7 465.54 hp----912.41 tq

#9 473.50 hp----893.54 tq


lowest egt's were at 1156 on #3
highest were 1280 on #9
boost hit 40 on every run

pretty damn good for ONE mod if you ask me!!!! and this is only the beta tester's version.....watch when they refine and add the speed limiter(adjustable to 250 mph) AND rpm limiter(revs up to 4100 rpm) removal to it........all this plus dealer undetectability.....why would you opt for anything else??!!!....word is it will released in november sometime...

while running mine, i have never thrown any codes at all! no check engine lights at all!!! been over 112 mph and up to 44lbs boost!!!! although, the clutch probably hates me by now...

just found out that they have the beta 4.4 with speed limiter ready to go...just pm'ed bob and am waiting to hear back....so i might got to get the smarty back sooner than expected......LOL !!!!

he also said the beta updates wil be ready for public at the end of november...i am pretty sure they will be better than the current beta's as he said the new is "based" on the beta sw...so it's not a carbon copy!! whooooo! can't wait!!!

also, i have no clue where my rims and tires are....says delivery date is 10/19 but i dunno if it will come in by then.......i thought it would be in already!!!!

Whea did you find room to go that fast I get mine up to about 90 and I gotta back down cuz I run out of room or the old lady stay yelling at me fo slo down I got my smarty about a month ago and haven't played around with it too much just running it on 3 and its awesome i have to try some of the other programs some time Maybe I'll see you around I'm the guy with the white regular cab on the Pahoa-Kalapana road
