DPF Present and EGR disable?

I have done the searching and read the manuals but seem to come up with conflict answers...

I just installed the mini maxx with most recent updates. My question is about disabling the EGR. Does the mini maxx disable it when using the DPF present tune? Or do I have to unplug it? And If I unplug it, will the Mini-maxx clear the code? (I believe that the smarty jr disables it on the dpf present tuning)

Thanks for any help.

I am pretty sure that the answer is that the EGR is still active in the dpf present tune. H&S calls this their street legal tune and therefor leave the emissions equipment alone.

You will have to unplug the EGR and you will get an engine code that you will have to live with.

Hope that helps.
