H&S need to hurry up and finish their Furd stuff. That way they can have time to finish the Active Maxx for the 6.7.

That is the ONLY reason I sprung the extra $$ for the Black Maxx over the Mini. I guess I'll continue to wait

i know this is old but i read that someone on here went back to the 6.8.9 tune for the black maxx but was able to keep the OD tune?? is this true? and how?

I think you could keep the 6.8.4 OD software. There was the "re-release" of 6.8.9/6.8.11MM that was offered with the new 6.8.5 IIRC. However, many people including myself, did not think it was quite the same. The newest tune seems to be working just fine and mileage is pretty good.

I agree, active maxx is the real solution. Then we can adjust the truck to suit our current driving needs.
