Well, I'm still in. I need to get a bit more fuel out of the tank anyways to put the FASS in on Saturday.

I'm gonna start it pretty early. I'm gonna prep as much stuff as I can, get the FASS mounted, get the lines run and zip tied out of the way and get the wire harness put in before going to the shop to put it on the lift.

Even got a few of the PowerChoke boys to run............errrrrrr, crawl down the track.

There was an '08 that decided to post up. He gets to the line and, OMG, it was like watching turtles mate. Good god man! You want me to get the damn tow strap to help you get off the track faster?

I ended up losing my last run to an older camaro. He wasn't anything to look at, but he was running healthy, that's for sure. We were door to door all the way down, but the last 50 ft or so he got about a fender length on me. Damn It......time to drop more parts.

Oh............ok ill tell about the first run.

Im excited to run the truck again, so I pull up to the line build the boost up to about 16psi and let er rip at the green light. Then I wasnt going anywhere real fast and I noticed alot of tire smoke then I was looking at the grand stands on the left and then the wall on the right. Spinning my tires atleast 1/2 of the track. I thought I broke loose in 4x4, I was like holey crap what happened to my truck and wondering how I got all this crazy power to break it loose in 4x4 with no extra parts and no extra money for those parts.

I launched in 2WD.

That was right after one of my runs......

I looked back and all I see are headlights going side to side and this big white cloud of smoke.

I said to myself, "Oooops, forget the 4X....."
