The best sounding one I have heard is a 5" straight pipe. It has a real nice "throaty" sound.

My 04' has stock 4" with cat removed and a new magnaflow muffler. Sounds better than before when I had both the cat and muffler off. Sound was OK before but very loud under load and the drone was bad going down the interstate @ 65-70.

I have heard alot about the aero muffler, great sound and perfromance. The local shop jsut got some in and have a good price on them I think, 200.00, they say the best is two of them back to back. I may have to say screw the dealer and put one on. I am dying to do something, I mean what can exhaust cause a problem with.

5" straight pipe. By buddy next door has one on his dump truck, single stack. GAWD, that thing sounds great. Constantly torments me with it. LOL

I would love that with a type of resonator.

I am praying That when my WSP exhaust gets here, it wont have the dreaded hwy drone. Anybody have problems with "drone" sound/vibration? If so, what are you running for exhaust?
