airdog Fuel Pressure

Is there a way to turn up the fuel pressure on an airdog 150? because mines running at about 11-12psi idle and about 11-10 wot. my buddy said there should be a allen head screw that i can turn to raise the pressure but i dont want to mess with it if its not what im looking for.

The reason im asking is because i want to see it at a minimum of 15psi rather then 10 if i could. thanks.

* also how often are the filters supposed to be changed/drained out on the airdog 150?

do you have the draw straw to go with it? If you don't you may be trying to suck through the stock tube or even worse, the stock in-tank pump and that is why you are not able to see proper pressure. also make sure you are getting good voltage. I don't know anything about adjusting these pumps. but if you call pure flow technologies they have great customer service. I had a pump that was dropping pressure and didn't sound right so they sent me a new one!!! good luck

side note...are you for certain your fuel pressure gauge is accurate? if its mechanical it may have air in line, if electrical it may have false sensor. get a good mechanics gauge to test if possible.

First thing you should do is change your filters. Then see where you're at.

Yes, there is a screw on the pump to adjust pressure. Here's a link--just scroll down a little to see the Raptor pump. PureFlow Technologies

I think it is an allen screw.
