oil in coolant?

my partner has a prob with his 92 dodge D250,,,said he has oil in his coolant...basicly he told me his coolant?resivor is overflowing and said there is oil in it...he also said his truck runs great..no issues short of oil in the coolant...any thoughts?

Engine oil cooler failed. Replace the oil cooler. It is behing the oil filter head housing.

07.5 2500 with 6.7 Liter Cummins, EGR + EGR cooler delete, still have DPF and Catalyst installed.
