Warranty Info

Ive been looking at trucks an 04 and 06. Is it true that the 04 has a 7/70 powertrain and the 06 will only have a 5/100 cummins? Would that mean that the transmission will not be covered on the 06?

Just to make sure you know....the Cummins warranty starts at the end of the basic 3/36 warranty. So it could go up to 8/136.

Here is a link that will tell you everything you need to know:

It looks like the coverage on the 04 will be better only because it covers the transmission.
