got scammed from a member from here.

well guys let me start by telling you how i feel

i sold a cp3 pump to a guy that goes by the name of CREED in CF his email xtremeflowperformance@yahoo.com ,

here is the story , he paid paypal 300 bucks , i shipped it the next day usps the package took some time to deliver when he got it he said that the fca was broken by the carrier that supposedly was not packaged right which is false because i personally pack it with paper and peanuts,
he wanted 130 dlls for a new fca ,so i told him i might had a used one i could send ,told him to hold on a couple days so i could find it, i couldnt find it ,so i told him the best would be to ship the pump back to me and i would refund the money including shipping because it was not cost effective to me pay 130 dlls extra for a nice working cp3 pump i sold for 300.
next day he filed a charge back in paypal and i immediately agreed i told him send the pump back and ill refund the money there is no need for a chargeback , well the way paypal works is he send them a tracking number and as soon it shows delivered they give the money back ,even if they return a peanut inside a 15 lb box , to make story short , the broken FCA was a lie , he sent me back a whole different pump obviously this one doesnt work and a different FCA so he kept the good part and send me a core . this is very bad business , getting scammed its not nice.

save yourselves from doing bussines with this guy , hes banned from dtr for a reason i dont know.

here is the one he returned diferent fca (the broken) and no sticker on pump different serial number.

If you file with Paypal, show the pics as evidence you should be able to get a judgement in your favor with them.
I've had my Paypal screwing before. Read the fine print. I bought a "new" in dash DVD/nav and on delivery obviously was used due to the wire ends and a few scratches. No biggie but it was worth a refund. I requested $150 and Paypal agreed however the seller would only agree to $100.00 so we were in a stalemate.
i asked about the Paypal buyer protection of $2000 that they advertised. well, if you bought through Ebay(I did) you buyer protection is based on the sellers feedback rating. 98% and above gives you the full protection but since my seller had a feedback rating of 96% the buyer protection is only $100.00. Paypals hands were tied(yeh right). If I didn't accept the $100.00 paypal would lock their account and thru tracking their info(ss#,DL#) and such, they will never have Paypal again.
I told the Paypal rep I'll take the $100.00 and cut my loses. She said I'll see the money within 2 weeks. 2 weeks, 3 weeks nothing. Call them up and oh, we are sorry Mr. Shearer but that dispute has been closed due to your lack of response!!!! What???? Well that was it nothing they could do plus since my dispute was alledgely dropped the sellers account was reactivated.
I got screwed on my business for $475 thru Paypal also over Bunker gear we "failed" on. They sided with them he still had my gear. I was smart this time though. I made sure I had no money in my Paypal account and told them to suck it!!

I don't use Paypal anymore. Visa or M.O. Period

That's Horse-Crap! We're a family on this forum, all of us! Anyone that's in it to scam don't even deserve to own a computer to do the scamming on....let alone a truck that the "stolen" CP3 is going on! I feel for ya, as I have been scammed on more than one occasion.....it sucks, and makes you not want to trust people. It should never be that way, especially on this particular forum.
