i may be mistaking but the thread on prius chat didn't say anything about diesels...? also... i don't know that they all think that non prius owners are idiots... I think the idea behind the OP's thread was that the tax would drive people towards other forms of transportation... obviously people that are hauling trailers and doing legitimate work with their truck are a different story. but, i would say that there is a pretty substantial number of us (including me) that could; carpool, ride a bike, take public transportation or any other form of fuel savings... JMO, don't hate me cummins forum!!!
