Hey thanks bunga everything is fine its rough but well make it, things are looking better just cant seem to find the right truck but atleast iam working know and making some money to keep everybody off my butt. Your right all the help i recieved from everybody was just awesome i can never repay everybody for there help it is and was very much appreciated by me and my family. keep in touch man.

Man I know how you feel. I was in the same spot as you back in 2001 and lost my ride because of it. It took me some time and it was rough, but I was able to get back on my feet. The worst part was when I lost mine was my daughter was just born. Now 7 yrs later everything is fine. Just hang in there. You will get through this. You did your best, but when your hurt and out of work their is only so much you can do. I also want to thank everyone here on the forum that helped this man out. It goes to show you in this day and age there lots of good people out there.

One of the worst things I had to deal with after I lost my car back in 01 was the damn collection agencies wanting me to pay them after I lost the car. WATCH OUT for them. They like to use llegal collection practices to get you as well as jacking up the amount owed. I had to file a lawsuite on one. If you start having that kind of trouble be sure to talk to a lawyer....Know your rights. I just hope you dont have to go through that part. It sucks and rebuilding you credit takes time, but it can be done. Today mine is real good.

I have been there before!~ Its not fun!

About your last result would be to try and sell it as close to the loan note as possible. I know thats not what you want to hear

but if its going to fall you may as well pad the crash.

If you can get some one to take up the notes on it might be another possiblity but I would be very careful with that one. Maybe as a last resort. Hope you find a way to keep her! God Bless! Dougster

I have been there man-- i know i'm a little late on this thread but you know it helps to have good friends. im glad im into the diesel performance industry because everyone is much more understanding and willing to help each other out. and that's how it should be. if everyone in this world treated one another with respect it would truthfully be a better place. I guess my very best advice to you is the same-- just hang in there man and no matter what happens dont ever put anyting before your family because they will always be there for you. and i dont mean to preach-- but dont ever give up on God, my friend. if there is one person who can help you out, i;d say its Him.. ill put ya in my prayers bud. good luck!!
