05 Engine Shake

I've got a 2005 2wd QC Short Bed that has the shakes. When I'm slowing down, stopped, and at low RPM's taking off or backing up the truck has a shake to it. The best way I can describe it is it feels like a truck would if the rotors were warped and you were slowing down to stop, but it's like an engine shake. Anyone ever expierenced this with an 05 and have any ideas as to what it might be. The performance of the truck otherwise is fine.

Thanks in advance.
