Question Gas Mileage

in general, does anyone know how much horsepower a cold air intake really puts out?? Does it improve gas mileage??

it improved my mileage. and it depends on what other mods you have done on HP gain and what year. i know the stock airbox can support quite a bit of power.

i'm planning on adding an aem brute force hd intake kit on mine, one of the local diesel mechanics said that the intake would add 1-2 mpg depending on your driving style

S&B Cold Air here...love it, looks awesome too. Throttle response seemed to improve, didnt seem to have a 'lag' in accerlation. overall, i got 1-2 MPG better.
