2007 Dodge 2500 clutch issues

I just bought a 2007, 2500 Dodge Quad 6 speed manual with only 8,000 miles on it. I has the 5.9 diesel engine. Three days after I bought it, I began to feel a vibration, power surge feeling and roaring sound when the clutch was depressed at rpms of 2200 or grater. The rpms do not go up during the depressing of the clutch. I took it to the dealer. After consulting with Dodge, they replaced the throwout bearing and flywheel. All of the clutch componants looked good, no wear, no damage. This did not take care of the problem. The truck is now going back in to replace the slave cylinder and master cylinder in the clutch. I heard that there was a problem with the G-56 transmissions being damaged at the factory. My dealer had not heard about this.
ANYONE, have any thoughts on what this clutch issue could be? Has anyone heard of the G-56 transmissions being damaged? If so, does anyone have the build dates so that I can see if this would affect my 2007.
Thank you in advance.

no issues with the tranny so far... the clutches are junk! They have no holding power. They wear out quick. The hydrolic clutch is very weak and gives alot of reverbaration back through the pedal. Save your self the headack and upgrade it to a Valair or South Bend, and be done with it.

So replacing the slave cylinder and master cylinder might take care of this problem? My truck is going back to the dealers on Monday to have this done.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
