I just wanted to publicly thank and to also inform our community of the outstanding customer service that Wally (a.k.a. JacktheBear3) from FTEDiesel has given. I had some problems with a product that I ordered from him and after contacting the company for several weeks finally gave Wally a call to see if he could help. Well the short of it is he went WAY out of his way to make sure I was taken care of even though it wasn't anything he had to do with or was responsible for. Its really nice to know that us small guys do matter to some people. So Wally, thank you for caring about all us small guys out here! And if anyone needs anything, I would suggest giving Wally a call! |
