one of my buddies back home has a set of 8" stacks with the flapper and welded on a ring on the stack and flap so when he's gone for a while he'll lock the flappers down...just uses 2 small master locks...never has a problem except when he forgets about them and tries to fire up the truck...doesn't want to start for some strange reason.

i used to soot stripe that kid's car all the time, i had it it lookin like a little fart pipe equipped zebra at one point.
