Question Drum brakes to disc brakes?

Hey everyone, I have an 01 ctd and i was not lucky enough to have disc brakes on my rears. I have drum now and i cant stand them. I know there is a few kits out there to change them to disc. Anyone know how hard of a process this is or how much this is going to drain my wallet? Any help would be great, also if i do put on discs, how do i order pads and rotors now, order them from the company?? Thanks a lot everyone!! :thumbsup
