Scratched the roof on my truck in houston. Thankfully it didn't screw anything else up. Stupid mall car garages and my truck was stock

Just a little update for everyone. The insurance company and the body shop gave me a call to let me know that as of now we are up to $10,986.36 in damage. This is before pulling the bed to check the hitch and other things. they have also found that the rear of the cab even recieved damage because the whole cab shifted. And i am still 3 weeks out on getting it back

It has been nearly three weeks now and I still do not have my rig back! They find more stuff everyday it seems. Maybe that means that they are going to fix everything the first time. What really sucks is I have been having to use a Ford to pull my horse trailer. Man that 6.0 is a TURD! Everytime I take off with my trailer in the Ford it only makes me miss my truck even more!

atleast she made it to the rodeo. A girl moved in with me a week ago. she insisted upon learning to drive my 5spd 12 valve. First day she attempted she stalled twice trying to take off. She finally got it going in first but then got so excited she forgot to press the clutch in to stop. 2nd day she attempted she was doing better. I asked her to turn right and go down the dirt roads. she turned left headed for the highway. she got on the highway ok (its on a slope) but then went from 1st to 5th. I fixed it for her and told her to keep going. Somehow she managed to hit 2nd gear at 45mph. rear end locks up and hops to a stop and she got too excited and forgot the clutch again so it stalled in the middle of the highway just in time for a car to fly past us at 70mph.

moral of my story and yours.....standards and females don't mix at all. Be lucky it wasn't worse...and thank God for ranchhands!!!
