Alright guys a buddy of mine is trying to buy a 6bt. The truck that the motor comes from was set on fire. The owner of the motor claims that the motor ran after the fire but some of the hoses and plastic pieces got burnt. Is there any way to test the motor or anything? The guy wants next to nothing for it.
If it runs and isn't cracked anywhere... Well, then it's probably definitely worth next-to-nothing. Ya know, it's at least worth next-to-nothing, probably quite a bit more.
the guy said it will turn over, Im going to ask him for some photos to see If I can see what I need to bring to try and get the thing to fire while my buddy checks it out.
