Like Jet-Hot coating?

They put that stuff on headers for gassers.

it does not help any where near 10% i was trying to remember if my 94 or early 98 had the cat , either way do a turbo back 4"or 5" with or without muffler depending on preference . if you insulate only insulate the manafold and exhaust side of the turbo housing do not insulate intake side or exhaust pipe . if you do the 5" and insulate you get max , but will only get you less than 1 mpg increase. better results with increasing fuel pressure and better injectors i use to get mine from dr. performance they just sold out but the new co. is still listed , i would call bd diesel
