where should I get ignition power for gauges?

hi, im installing a triple pillar gauge set in my 03 dodge and im wondering if someone can discribe the best wire to get ignition power and then also where I should tap in for light power for gauges so they come on with head lights. Thanks!

I just used a wire tester and randomly poked all of the wires and once I found one, I wired in a distribution block which made it easier/cleaner..

For the light tap into the ashtray light that way they come on when you turn your headlights on and you can dim them if you need to when you dim your dash lights.
