03 Duarango locks going crazy.

Has anyone ever had a problem with power locks going crazy. I work with a guy who has an 03 Durango and he stopped me this morning leaving work and asked me how to fix it. He said they will not stop. The locks act like they are constantly trying to unlock or lock.
