What size Socket for fuel filter cap

Finally a question that only requires one right answer.
I only have a max of 1" sockets even for my impac's

What size socket do I need to get the cap off to replace filter?

Thanks

Should be metric tho eh?

1 1/8 is around 28,29 mm I believe it is metric so some one can chime in.
if it is 1 1/8 and will fit snug then I will but one. but I am a craftsman guy and at 19$ a socket I would rather buy just one instead of a guess at two. Thanks tho but I know someonr will know the exact match. I'll hang tight for now. 73's

I wish I was at home to grab my socket and look. One of the best little tool pieces I ever searched to find. Changing the fuel filter is so easy now. Unfortunately, I'm not at home ... I'm in Ulsan, South Korea.

you will need one of those universal style joints to add to the socket because its at a slight angle.

I just changed my fuel filter today, I did not need a uni-joint? There was plenty of room.

And 1 1/8 fits perfect.
