24 Valve Aftermarket Injectors

I have an 2001 24 valve cummins. I want to get some bigger injectors for it, however, i have heard through the grapevine that any injectors installed with over 100 HP require a new fuel system and a high pressure oil pump. Is this true? I have replaced the fuel pump and lift pump, but they are stock replacements. any help would be great.

It would be well served to get a FASS or Glacier pusher pump kit, Cummins dont have an HPOP or glowplugs, those are for gas engines that happen to burn diesel
