what to look for when buying a '92 12 valve

I'm looking at a '92 250 12 valve 3/4 ton 4x4 xtend cab long box w/ 5 speed trans. It has 177,500 miles. what should I be paying most attention to mechanically on this rig? I'm told it's only been used for recreation ( hauling a camper ). He has all maintenance records from service shop. Is there any specific maintenance I should be looking for in the records aside from oil and filters?
