Want To Change Out Stock Turbo

I Have A 2001 With A Stock Turbo And I Wanted To Know What Would Be The Next Step. In The Future I Would Like To Upgrade To Twins But That Might Be A Couple Of Years. Is There A Turbo Out There That Would Give Me Great Boost Now, Andi Can Use It In The Future For One Of The Twins?

High Tech 62/14 would work great now and easily adapt into a set of twins.
