Just one question what state uses the letters IO?

The boys are trying to save a penny by running it in their trucks since it is about $0.60/gallon cheaper than road fuel...but the red dye is a dead giveaway that you are running it, and the fine is pretty steep...

I have read, and this is READ, about someone using some sort of clay filter to remove the dye...but I never read anything about how large the filter is, how complex the filter is, how expensive the filter is, or whether it even worked.
