What turbo is this?

Hey guys I just found a barely used turbo in the back of my new shop that no body claimed so I'm trying to figure out what it's off of. I know its a duramax turbo but can't figure out the spec.

S/N: JBM012989

Let me know if ya'll know what it goes on or what it could go on thanks

Thanks thats obviously where I put it the first time 3 months ago with bumps with no success... but as soon as i bumped it on here a dodge guy pm'ed me and told me exactly what it went on. Dodge guys are more reliable for answers which is why I always post all my questions on here no matter what vehicle its about
