Put me in, anything to help our fellow diesel buddies, and potentially the rest of us that dont live in Cali.

Iv always heard the line " only steers and queers come from texas"......im sorry but it sounds to me like it should be the saying for cali.....no offense to you normal guys.

Send me your info as well!!!

It seems that cali leads the way, if you call the guy who is coordinating everything says that other states will be following in our lead fairly quick. If you think about it, this will create huge revenue for the US.

There's not really much that can get accomplished by going at Greg tho... the only way we can get this changed is by going after the legislatures that passed this crap as law. Greg Coburn is just working on the implimentation of this, even if we changed his mind, someone else from the ARB would just take it up to finish it.

Two questions.
Is there a way to clear the computer from registering the fact you have had a programmer on the vehicle?
If you dont have a programmer on at the time of the test, but the test shows you have had one on, whos to say if you dont hook one up occasionally to use for off road motorsports?
They are legal off road. It isnt illegal to use a licsensed truck offroad.
Thoughts?
What if you have a second computer to use when you go in for a smog check? Then you wouldnt be showing any codes or ghosts from programmers.
thoughts?
O.K. I know. That was more than 2 questions

i asked that, he said anything on the truck is off road only, cannot be used on a vehicle that is streel legal, by off road only, they mean a vehicel that never sees street, not just something that can only be used off road only. i treid that way...a spare ecm would be the only way, unless it was a smarty or mp8 that didnt stain the stock comp...either way you shake it, unless your truck is stock, your gonna spend a day or two every 2 years to return back to stock, smog, then change back....
