in this vid, the guy is double clutching and blipping the throttle between gears. Is this necessary for the turbo? I know big rigs double clutch due to lack of synchros, but is there another reason for it? or is this guy just an idiot?
:ditto:.....it took that long to light....nos blew the turbo...that was what you were hearing with the hiccups......he should of quit then...then sprayed again....this has been on here a lot of times...it never gets less funny seeing the guys hit the floor when she goes
i guess i dont understand. he's sitting there running up
the throttle a bit going through the gears minimal smoke.
then it starts to smoke the entire effin shop up, like a pile of
tires on fire. you think that he coulda driven that on the street ?
i double clutch going down gears. . . and dont use the clutch to go up. . .but the only reason that i can think of blipping the throttle is cause he cant shift fast enough. . .
only time i double clutched was in a 47 ford with a 3 speed manual with no syncros
