Vp44

I think i'm in need of a VP44. After a night of cruising a drag racing during the super nats. I shut the truck off to chat with another diesel head. When I went to leave to truck didn't want to start, but after a couple seconds of cranking it fired. Is this the hard hot start that means the electronics on the VP are going south? I don't have any codes, but that doesn't mean anything.
Hopefully she lasts a while longer cuz I have other stuff that needs attention, but I'd like to get an idea of what I'm gonna have to spend to swap in a fresh one.

How about a price on a SO VP44?

Guys.... We stock VP 44 SO27 pumps, we ship same day with 1-year, unlimited mileage warranty. I was gonna answer all the PM's but felt it better to put it in the public eye.
