IMO, when you start playing with rail pressure or cap the rail, if you are adjusting it with your smarty I would get one.

Matt's on track with the needs, but I recommend getting these gauges before you begin building any truck.

If you are going to build a Common Rail, having a benchmark of stock is priceless when you begin buying mods.... it tells you what you gained on each part and tuning change.... you have record of where the truck was and what Normal is or was.

Installing these gauges and understanding the readings for a month before tuning can accelerate your program and get you better results for less money.

No Way, they showed up after 7, and I got word from DiPricol that there is a Harness update... So I need to wait till tomorrow or Wednesday to start shipping the goods.

The update is a little section of harness that will jive with the kit to eliminate all of the issues that some encountered in the past. I could ship the gauges tomorrow, but feel that I should include the update to eliminate any issue.

Dipricol has incorporated the update in the future harnesses, and the units I just received may need this.....

What's a parts guy to do >?

The Optix gauges are worth the extra money IMHO. I am glad I went with them. FINALLY! haha

Wally, would it be possible to get a quote on a RP, electric FP 30 PSI and a rail cap?

P.S. the other gauge is on its way back to Ohio...

Kick em!

Naw its a good thing that they are tryin to do the right thing...probably woulda been better had they just waited another day to ship it and send it out right the first time.

Fully understand about not wantin to ship anything until you know its all gonna be good to go. Thats why you get the repeat customers like ya do!

Can I get a price on some dipricol gauges? I'm looking for a 2000* pyro, 100psi boost, tranny temp, coolant temp and rail pressure. This is for a 6.7 and I heard that the rail pressure gauge needs to be recalibrated for the 6.7 compared to the 5.9. Do you know if they have done that? Also I would like these in white, turquoise and gunmetal, I know they don't offer it but is there someway to get them in those colors anyway? Also do these come with everything to install and run?
