Did the cab get quieter, did the resonator make a difference inside on the road? That is important.

I never had it straight piped. Only went from the stock to this. It is definately louder than stock...I can tell you that. But not bad. At highway speeds you can barely hear it. When you do encounter a climb and have it under load it does get louder.

I will take some additional videos of running it empty on flat ground, through the mountains, and of course towing.

Wanted to say Thanks to Wally from FTE. Ordered and received my 5" Resonator in no time. That was one of the easiest install ever and nice product. I ordered the resonator with clamps, nice clean setup! Thanks again Wally. A++ Service.

Truck specs: 2007 5.9l Mega Cab, 6spd, K&N Intake system, Edge Juice w/Attitude, Jacobs Exhaust Brake, Expandit 5" Exhaust (Turbo Back with Muffler) No Catalytic Convertor (I know bad me.)

Before: Truck had a drone at 70-71 mph, little too loud to conversate in the larger cab. Also no catalytic convertor and super long down pipe and center pipe right under the cab. Making the drone pretty loud.

After: What a Big difference, Big noticable difference in the cab. Cruising at 70-71 mph, little (1%) to no drone. Very impressed. Towing 10k trailer is quiet, just the turbo singing.

I did my research for drone, and wanted to say problem solve, the resonator with aftermarket exhaust. Thanks again Wally!

OK, I read 28 pages on this thing. I have a stock DP and the cat in place with a set of 6" miter cut stacks. Not towing it is tolerable, but hook up the camper and I can't take the drone. It sounds like this is the deal to fix my problem.

Please send me a quote for the 4" resonator shipped to 29673. Thanks.
