Free chrome front bumper

I have a chrome front bumper off of my 04 Ram that i just want to get rid of, the top part is white. I don't want to ship so local pickup please, I would be willing to drive to manhattan or topeka to meet you and give you the bumper but thats as far as i will go. First one to pm me gets it. Thanks
