Crank Shaft Seal Failure

I have a 1999 5.9 Diesel and had the front crankshaft seal replaced about 4-5 months ago by the (Stealer) dealer. The seal appeared to work for awhile but looks as though it's failing again. Ofcoarse I'll check the warranty...but assuming that's expired, do they make an offset seal that will ride on a different area of the CS? I don't trust this dealer and don't wnat to buy a new crankshaft. I've never seen a CS worn to a point where you'd have to replace it. What are my options?
