I got a vid of the wreck. Enjoyed the race somewhat. Seemed less organized than the last one there. Expensive too. MoPower's truck was by far my favorite.

Give it a few years and that place will be rockin! More trucks, more vendors, more beef jerky!

The wheel standers put on an excellent show!

That guy in the 2003.5, 3500SRW, qc/lb, ETH/DEE,flame red , SLT Laramie, 4.10's, 35/12.5R17 Toyo Open Country MT's, KORE Chase, VA C5 custom tuned, FLUX 2.5's, self modded CP3, B1-04, GDP 392 comp. pump@ 37 psi., Amsoil 4510 EA filter, MIA crosshairs, SBC Con FE, ISSPRO TTM, DiPricol boost EGT & fuel gauges, custom dual 5" chrome turnout stacks with Aeroturbine 5050XL
truck needed to show up a littler earlier to make a few more passes! 1st one took ya what? 3 mins to get down the track?

those guys from Southern Diesel were constantly tweaking something under the hood all morning. It the pits while it was idling, it looked like the paper mill.

I just hope that guy wasn't too shookin up. There I was with my camera in my hand the whole time saying,, "oh my God, Oh MY GOD,, ,OH MY GOD!" and never even snapped a single shot.

Iwent out again today, the NHRDA was cancelled due to the wreck.
I was able to get a few runs in in the normal test and tune.

My best was 9.66@ 72.82!

I am launching so hard I am either spinning all 4 tires or my clutch!

Did the NHDRA say why they chose not to run Sunday? It looked like the track repairs were made. I was only a spectator so I did'nt know if they said why they did not want to continue Sunday. Did they ever run the sled pulls? It sure was good seeing some nice Dodge trucks there it looked like more of them than all the others combined.

I heard that the racers decided to cancel the rest of the event due to safety issues and track conditions.
and the sled never happened.
