Okay...weekend is gonna be here before we know it...where do we wanna rendezvous? I had a couple of thoughts.....the Walmart down on the beach, the Panama City Mall on 23rd and MLK. How about you out of town guys.....which ways are you coming from? Tha'll help us nail down a meet point.

get on the stick boys, let's figure it out!

You planning on caravanning with us or heading straight through? I don't think we're planning on leaving till Sat morning early. From the sounds of it we have 5 or 6 trucks going. We should have a round-up Friday night somewhere maybe...LOL we could do the traditional CF favorite.....a HOOTERS outing!

Hey kalkhokm,

I visit friends that live in Salt Springs, near Ocala.
The drive from my home in Jackson Co. is 250 miles
heading east on I-10, then down I-75.
Basically you are looking at a 5+ hr. drive from Ocala
at 75mph to Ft Walton Beach.
Maybe 6 hrs.
See ya there!

if you guys are planning on coming through Panama City to meet everyone else, you're gonna want to come via US231 off of I-10, or come down 279, but 231 is a faster, better HWY.

from Ocala.....

Take I75 North for 83 miles
Take I10 exit 435 Westbound
Stay on I10 for 166 miles
Take US 231 exit #130 Westbound
Stay on 231 for 45 miles
Make a Right hand turn approaching 23rd st
Continue on 23rd St (west) for 1.75 miles
Look off to right and see the Hooters @ 676 W. 23rd St

Any Q's?

Chris

I am good with that! I haven't eaten @ Hooters in years! as to a meeting place for Sat morning, the mall would be fine. Any ideas what time to meet up? I usually leave my house @ 6-6:30 and get there about 8. I was the third truck on the dyno last year. we could meet up about 645 and hit the road @ 7 putting us there around 8:30-9.

James
