FBD 5" Exhaust, GREAT PRODUCT!!

I recently bought a 5" Turbo back exhaust from Gus at Farm Boy's Diesel.

The purchase went well, Gus was very helpful on the phone, and the product shipped promptly.

I was pleased with the product, and the detail of the installation instructions.

I installed it today, and although it came complete with all the brackets and hardware necessary, I went a little more custom and modified the installation to better suit my taste.

I welded all exhaust connections and modified some of the mounting brackets.
This kit supports the bolt on enthusiast, as well as those that wish to customize the installation process.

Here are a few pics of it on my truck.

Sounds GREAT!
Just took it on a little road trip. At idle, it's really quiet, but has that big exhaust sound to it. While cruising, you can hear some exhaust noise in the cab with the windows up, but it's not loud at all, when you get on it, it sounds Awesome!!

Now, my Diesel makes noise and smokes like EVERY diesel should!!

I HIGHLY recommend this exhaust from Farmboy's Diesel!!

Guys, if you are on the fence about which exhaust to buy, save yourself some cash, forget all the big name, big price systems. Buy an exhaust of your liking from FBD.

Currently, I'm thinking about an exhaust tip. It's really more for getting the soot further away from my rear quarter panel.
I'm completely happy with the sound as is, so nothing fancy will be needed.
I'll be contacting Gus Monday, unless he sees this and PM's me here..
I'm thinking a 5" tip will be enough, and I don't really want anything Chrome because chrome doesn't fit in with my whole Black on Silver scheme...
