thanks for the hookup on the FBD "red truck" converter. it came in the other day and im droppin my truck off at the shop to get it swapped in. this damn CVC single disc in here now is spinning to 1800-2000rpm during light throttle accel, as in, 8psi/600*F. i cant wait to get this DTT converter in and see how much more responsive it is off the line!

btw, i think i talked to Mike when i ordered. he set me up on the 89% unit. it apparently was drop-shipped from BC, canada; no wonder shipping was $80!

ill post up with driving impressions in a few days when i get the truck back.

Are these DTT Brand Converters? I got a pm the other day and did not know they cam from there.

They are great for street apps. Lot less friction then triple disks. Thats what im going with. FINALY........
