Turbo and head studs

I am wanting to get a turbo and possibly head studs if I need them for the truck in my sig. My question is what turbo should I go with? My truck is a daily driver and I would like to do some truck pulls with it and a little drag racing. If you could please suggest a turbo and send me a price by PM and if you think I would need studs as well or if I should be able to hold off on those. Thanks in advance for your help.
