Hey guys

I got an Onan L634T 3.4L that is installed in a 1/5 scale train, but it is missing some parts. I can tell it has a ve injection pump so i hope someone in this article can help me. I need a bell housing that can bolt up to this diesel and a thermostat housing. I know that this engine is the sister engine to the Cummins 6AT. If anybody has any info at all, please let me know.

Thanks,
KR

Ihave accquired a bd electric lift pump. Is it wise to replace my stock mechanical pump with this? Just wondering if there is such thing as too much inlet pressure in the ve. Also what to do with the mechanical, remove and block off?

so i came up with an idea tonight while i was sifting thru parts i have acquired. i came across a throttle body spacer i have from a 98-04 mustang gt and thought about the grid heater on the cummins.

a little bit of drillinto elongate the holes just a tad and to open up the intake portion and it should be functional.

what do you all think? stupid idea?

and no i dont mean what some of u wear to the beach or lake :lol4:

I am in the process of gathering all my stuff to replace all the factory gauges with after market ones. Speedo, volts, oil pres, fuel, and water temp. I'll still use the stock dash of course, just put some good gauges in. I was wondering how to wire an aftermarket speedometer in OR if at all possible to convert it to the old manual type with a cable. i already have my pyro, boost, and tach on the pillar. Any tips and advice would be great.

Thanks!
