front leaf spring replacement

my springs up front are really sagging. i have about an inch on clearance between the axle and the bump stop. my question is, would a 2 in. front leaf pack fix the problem + bring it level with the rear? or should i look for something a little smaller? i am going to have a bit of money to work on the truck and would like to have the suspension a little easier on the body, and i am sure that the axle is hitting the bumpstops!

any help would be greatly appriciated!

I have a 91.5 250 4x4. My cruise control works, however, it will bleed off when i am going faster than 60. Is this a vacuum leak. if so, where is the vacuum line located that operates the cc.

I'm a little concerned about it. My question is: if I want to check the upper corners of the windshield, below the drip rail, do I have to pull the moulding off and scrape away the caulking compound in order to see if those areas are cancered out? I don't even know what I'm looking for as I've never seen the cab with the windshield removed in order to know what the channel looks like. I do see some rust on the drip rail. At the corners of the windshield, below the drip rail, the rubber is coming loose. The previous owner did say he had a windshield leak at one time. I didn't question where it was.

My other concern is that there is a fair amount of rust on the frame towards the rear. Is this not normal? I've never much worried about frame rust because it always seems to be surface, but after reading many threads, it appears it can be problematic. Man, I hate rust. I had an old Jeep Wagoneer that pretty much had to be swept away when I was through with it. I never knew these Dodge's had such problems with it until reading a lot here.

Getrag leaking at driveshaft

About a thousand or so miles after I switched to synchromesh synthetic in my getrag (overfilled to 5 quarts), I have noticed a large stain forming under where I nomally park. It's definitely coming from the tail housing where the driveshaft connects. It seems to only be a few drops per day but it still bothers me. I'm assuming theres a rear seal in the transmission that is leaking, does the trans have to be dropped to fix it? Could putting regular dino oil back in the trans help plug the leak? Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing from what I've read already. I'm going to need a need headlight switch and a rewire because my lights would flick on and off. Been doing this only with high beams started doing it on low beams tonight. Am I on the right track?

Next question is what is anyone running for auxillary lighting thats road legal?.... fogs, driving lights ect. Sick and tired of hitting deer or coming really close.

Just wondering I need some new fenders and have been looking around. Has any one ever bought any from JcWhitney?? I wanted to know if they fit well, crapy material, or what?? They are about half the price of others that I have found. So I didnt know if it would be like, "you get what you pay for," type of deal or not. Any info would be nice thanks.
