Is there a Dodge Build sheet reference guide?

For example, AHLS - Heavy Duty Insulation Group. What is that?

AHC - Trailer tow group, does that mean I have different springs?

ive been searching for some specific information and cant find anything i need.

my truck is a 215 12v with a number 4 tst plate and a 14cm banks quick turbo housing and wastegate, my question is that my truck will knock on 40lbs of boost under a big load, now i hear most stock applications only push about 20, is 40 too much for the stock turbo and how is even adjusted that high, by the wastegate or a boost elbow?

real quick, when i start my truck the oil pressure gauge in the dash takes about 3 seconds before it reads, is that a sender thing or a dodge thing, the motor is not makeing any funny noises so im sure it has pressure upon start.

I just did a swap from the tiny H1C turbo, to the hx35, everything has bolted up perfectly accept the oil return line. What size is the oil supply fitting on top of the turbo?

I have a braided steel line that runs from the filter housing to the turbo, but the fitting is too small to go into the opening. Looks like it needs to be stepped up a size maybe two.

Oil leak.......BAD!!!!!

Today, as i was changing the fuel filter on this new, (to me) 98 12 valve i bought, i noticed that it was leaking oil, pretty bad. After studying on it a bit and searching, it seems to be coming from where the power steering pump bolts to the front of the engine. this is also where the oil fill tube is located and where the fuel pump bolts. Now my question..... Is this common, and is it hard to fix????? Looks to me like you will totally have to dis-assemble the front of the truck, (radiator, condensor, intercooler, fan, pulleys, etc.) to even get to the cover that holds the gears to turn all this stuff. I assume you have to take the cover off in order to remove the steering pump, in order to replace the gasket?? I would like to do this myself, but if all of this IS required, i may have a local diesel shop do it for me. Any Help or Advice is GREATELY APPRECIATED!!!!

so i installed new injectors 5 x 14 now it wont start

i tried to bleed lines but it seems there is no fuel going to them tank is full of gas i pushed the bulb to fill the fuel filter to the top

and still nothing i tried repeatedly i gave time for pump to cool off in between tryin to start

i have done lazer cut delivery valves and afc tunning and bumbed timing to 21 prior to installation of injectors. Would this make it harder to bleed the lines.

would this affect the priming?? could i have fried the pump ???

pump gets hot when i try to turn it over after a while:banghead:

really at a loss

should i reinstall the stock injectors and try again??
