I'm not posting this in a "rant" form, but I was seeing if possibly someone on here could assist me more than when I call. I've called PureFlow a couple times now, and twice I have been told I would get a call back, and I have yet to hear from anyone. My first call was probably a month ago, and then the last call was a little over a week ago. I live in College Station, TX and have two roommates, and two friends that all have airdog 150's. Out of these five pumps, four of them have what appears to be like a weather-cracking at the end where the hose connects to the cp3/VP. None of them seem to be leaking yet, but by the way they are looking, they could fail at anytime. I don't know if this is a common problem or something that has already been addressed, but I can't seem to get any assistance over the phone, so hopefully someone here with PureFlow can assist me with this. Thanks, Blake Augustus

Tech Calls to my cell

Yet again I have been getting some phone calls at extreme hours of the night. Not only late but people who call, hang up and call back 30-45 seconds and never leave a message. Respect that I have a family and things to do as well even during work hours. I am more than happy to help you. And it is my job. But there is an entire nation calling that phone for technical support and I am on the phone most of the time. Call me once and leave a message. I will call you back. If I don't and it is an emergency. Give it some time and call me back. Don't continue to dial, hang up and dial over and over. Thanks everyone.

Also: This is for AirDog issues and questions only. Not to find out if your vp is going bad and how to check. Those calls are for the shops or to take the truck and have them diagnose. If your pump is working fine PLEASE do not call me and ask me to run you through every fuse and wire in the truck. As much as I would love to. My job is to find out if our product is working correctly or not. That is it. I CANNOT advise you how to fix anything else on the truck anyways. Company policy. Don't think I am a prick when I refuse. Understand I have to lookout for my own job. If I tell you to fix something other than our product. And i tell you wrong or you do it wrong and break it. My company is responsible. I will NOT put my job on the line. Thanks again.

I got a airdog 150 to go on my 01 2500 auto 4wd quad cab short bed. I was wondering is there a bracket that will actually fit my truck? What does it cost? I couldn't find it on the web. Second could you use the original fuel pick up as the return line for the pump? Couldn't you use the same fittings to hook it up as used for the 100 kit. This would close up the open line and you would not have to cut on the filler neck hose. I don't have the in tank pump.
