It smelled like raw burnt diesel bad. I had to shut the heat off it was so bad. I tried all settings on the heater like floor, chest, and defroster. They all smelled. Then after about 35 miles it was cold and fogging up so I had to turn the defroster back on. It smelled for a few seconds bad, but then got less and less with each second until it was normal. So I ran it like that the rest of the way. I got my daughter dropped off at school, and then tried the heater on High with and without recirculate on. It as well cleared up the smell. This morning I started the truck to warm like I have for all my trucks, and this is the first time it has happened on anything. Any ideas what has happened?
