Automatic down window switch and newer style headlight switch

Hey all!

Does the automatic down window switch from 01-02 work for a '97? Looks to be the same size.

Does the newer style light switch work, also? I don't even know if it's the same shape. I currently have the "pull" design. I would like to change to the newer style.

good question. i think provided the wires are all in the correct places a swap should be easy.

So the auto down function lies in the switch, correct? Not in the motor also?

i am not sure, i know that the passenger side must be plugged in for the system to work, some sort of loop relay. both sides must be plugged in,. so both drivers and passengers doors.

i think it is in the switch but dont quote me on that.
